[Sugar-devel] GCI update

I've been adding tasks to the Google Code In 2013 page in the wiki
[1]. Most are harvested from enhancement tickets found on [2]. Please
feel free to add additional tasks, add your name as a mentor to the
existing tasks, or, if you think a task is too difficult for a
relative newbie, remove it from the list.

We can also use this as an opportunity for some additional triage.
(i.e., I closed some tickets in the process of creating this list.)

We have lots of coding tasks, but could use more tasks in QA,
outreach, documentation, and research.

He ido añadiendo funciones al Google Code In 2013 la página en el wiki
[1]. La mayoría son cosechados desde entradas de mejora se encuentran
en [2].  Por favor,  añadir tareas adicionales, añade su nombre como
un mentor para las tareas existentes, o, si usted piensa que una tarea
es demasiado difícil para un novato relativo, eliminarlo de la lista.


Tenemos un montón de tareas de codificación, pero podríamos utilizar
más tareas de control de calidad, la difusión, la documentación y la
investigación.
