[Sugar-devel] Icon theme overriding

Hi Walter,

I had a look to your test. A few things

* You seem to have a Sugar/sugar mismatch in the theme name and directory
name.
* The index.theme goes inside icons/sugar

With these fixed the mock icon is found.

Also

* You don't want to call gtk-icon-cache-update on the system path. You
might want to do so on the user icon dir instead.
* $XDG_DATA-DIR/icons is already part of the default path. What about just
using that?
* If you haven't yet take a look to

explains nicely how this stuff is supposed to work.
