The proposal and implementation changed the icon everywhere.

I think we want to do that as well, but it is beyond the current
scope. The work from one of our GSoC students may help use stage this
change down the road. We really do want to get to a point where the
user's icon is personal. (In fact, this was part of the original
design for the neighborhood, never implemented.)
