[Sugar-devel] Flake8 error on last sugar_build

Looking at the code, it seems like a network issue either on your or on the
pypi side. Did you retry? I've seen random pypi errors before. It's pretty
bad, especially because setuptools errors doesn't really make clear what
happened.
