Yeah, since I planned to drop support for Fedora 18 I wanted to avoid
people installing it and then having issues in a few weeks. With the chroot
changes we will be able to keep supporting it, so I think it make sense to
readd it. Feel free to patch sugar-docs or I'll try to do it when I'm back
on a keyboard.
