Release notes:
Upgrade GTK code to GTK3, add a custom user agent string so that downloads from Project Gutenberg can start working again.  The GTK3 upgrade was done by Aneesh Dogra as a task for the Google Code-In 2012.  This also fixes a misspelling in the summary property of activity.info.
