[Sugar-devel] Experiment with Art4Apps

A second round of the Art4Apps library:

* Added French data. Thanks Lionel!
* Created rpms for audio files (one by language)
* Improved the api, now supporting the audio files too.
* Smaller json files (by Lionel suggestion)
* added a simple test.

Please test, and suggest other data/functions could be needed.
Something missing right now, is the translation of the categories.

A nice project could be a application to create new translation files,
showing the words to translate, displaying the image associated,
and allowing save a audio file.
