[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] Absolute time in the journal

We have a patch to change the time label in the journal from relative to
absolute

It's always in the form year-month-day hour:minute:second.

There is a bit of rationale here:

Do we want to make this change? Which form should it take exactly?
