Would making your test activity a Favourite be a practical option? Again, this depends how many Activities you already have favourited ;) 
In my case, I only have 5 or 6 favorites activities. There are some that never use/testWhen I try to test one (or develop), I search once in the list view, and after,use the favorites view.
