[Sugar-devel] [TRANSIENT ISSUE] 3G-Modem not being recognised

You do not say which OS you are using or whether its Sugar or Gnome desktop.
For most of 13.1.0 the modem dongle has not been appearing in the Sugar frame. It was fixed at OS11 I think but I have not tested it a lot to see if its always there in the frame.
