It's part of the fedora repos but also can be found in olpc's build system
for ARM at:
http://mock.laptop.org/cgit/koji.dist-f17-armv7hl/tree/RPMS/b

i686:
http://mock.laptop.org/cgit/koji.dist-f17-i686/tree/RPMS/b

Use the 'raw' link on the far right to download, you might need the
bitfrost rpm also.
