Hello,

I don't know where I should report this but I'm having problems to
upload screenshots that are taken from my XO in French to Trac
tickets. This is the error that I'm getting:

 UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position
10: ordinal not in range(128)

and the name of the file is:

 Capture d'écran de _Activité Écrire (RTF)_.png
