This patch does not fix the issue described at #3550 for me. The ticket 
was about the url entry not about the text on the tab.

It is true that there seem to be a slight delay before we get the title 
of the new page, at least in Epiphany on the XO I can see the same 
effect for the title on the tab. Is that as best as we can get with the 
delay?
