This problem was fixed in SD within the
http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/3539 ticket. But unfortunatelly,
packages were not updated properly.

I've updated sugar-toolkit in SD:0.94 and SD:Factory repos. Could
you recheck if Log starts well with new sugar-toolkit package.
