It states it right there in your logs:
conftest.c:1:0: error: target CPU does not support ARM mode
And then a little further down:
configure:4121: error: in `/home/olpc/rpmbuild/BUILD/avahi-0.6.27':
configure:4125: error: C compiler cannot create executables
