[Sugar-devel] Update on sugar-build

[Daniel Narvaez]

12.04 (supported distro are in the readme). See Laurent email, worked for
him with a little bit of manual fiddling (again see the readme if you want
to see what that is exactly). Planning to make that less manual very soon.
