Seems a hard think (implementation-wise), as ::

a)
We would need to keep a count, as the same ".xo" file may be present at
different locations (Journal/Documents/Pen-drives).

b)
The effect a) becomes more troublesome, if there are multiple ".xo" files
of the same activity-icon type, carrying different file-names.
