[Sugar-devel] [FEATURE] Port shell to PyGObject3 and GTK+ 3

Hi,

the toolkit has been ported already. Now we are full steam ahead to port 
as well the Shell. The de-hippofication is done and released, and the 
rest of the port is on it's way too [1].

Not sure, it is a feature or a must :) In any case, the plan is to land 
this in 0.98.
