I don't think this is an option as we have text entries.  For example
always for the title, in the main toolbar or in the activity
sobtoolbar.  I've seen that rotate icons toolbars for example in the
android while taking photos, but that's a icons-only toolbar.

-1 to inhibit rotate, this is an overall feature.of Sugar.
