Please get surf-115.xo Nominated

It is an inactive state on ASLO

and thus can only be listed in experimental listings (not visible to the 
public)

We are using it as main browser in our f15 Soas (Sugar on a Stick) spin 
as Browse no longer works
 (xulrunner-1.9 is no longer supported )
