[Sugar-devel] Features/GTK3 updated

Hi,

http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Features/GTK3 has been updated.
Ready for the next round of feedback!

Notable changes are:
- The suggestion to use a 1.0 version tag has been dropped due to resistance
- The idea of using a python trick to retain the 'sugar' module name
has been dropped due to no community support
- Added some notes about porting the theme

Next weekend we will be at SugarCamp Paris working on this, focusing
particularly on the prerequisites:

and in October we'll be in Prague where we'll hopefully make an
initial sugar-toolkit release with stable GTK3 support.
