[Sugar-devel] [SWEETS] Pristine glucose in sdk/ and dextrose in dextrose/

Hi all!

There was sdk/sugar sweet that supported some Dextrose patches.
For now, there are two sweets:

    sdk/sugar, pristine Glucose
        0.95        developer
        0.94.1      stable
        0.92.4      stable
        0.88.1      stable
        0.84.11     stable

    dextrose/sugar, pristine Glucose with Dextrose patches
        0.94.1      testing
        0.88.1      stable

As usual, all of these versions might be launched just by mentioning
needed version, e.g.:

    sweets dextrose/sugar = 0.94

These sweets were tested only on several Ubuntu and Fedora releases,
if it doesn't work in your environment, please file a bug
