By using the very latest upstream JHbuild from git we not only get their
latest breakages (that were introduced by exactly the new feature you
mention), but also the benefits. sugar-jhbuild already skips rebuilds if
"nothing" changed (though in a few cases I wasn't sure JHbuild was right
about that and forced a rebuild).
