No , I have not been looking into this, yet. For the send to another 
user feature I am not so sure the metadata of an entry is as important. 
Maybe if you work on a document in Write asynchronously (A writes a 
paragraph, sends to B who writes a paragraph and sends back to A...) you 
would like to see your metadata being transferred back and forth, but 
otherwise. Backing up/Restoring to a server or similar is different imho.
