is Ubuntu MOTU Developers (Mail Archive) <ubuntu-motu at lists.ubuntu.com>

"apt-cache show turtleart" shows that the maintainer is Ubuntu
Developers <ubuntu-devel-discuss at lists.ubuntu.com> with original
maintainer Matthew Gallagher <mattva01 at gmail.com>

The Debian package also has a maintainer of Luke Faraone.
