I take that back. We _do_ delete all pending downloads (in the Journal)
on exit. Do we want to keep this behaviour (and accordingly adjust the
text to indicate that) for now and only change it once #1554 [1]
("support for resuming downloads") is implemented (probably in Surf, not
Browse)? Or should we change it now?
