[Sugar-devel] Adjusting the activity loading screen

I'm trying to create a simple launcher in Sugar that loads the GNOME
Network Connections utility (nm-connection-editor)[0].

In its current state[1], the utility loads quickly and is usable.
However, the loading screen stays up in the background for a full one
and a half minutes.

Is there a way to either have the loading screen stop when the
application is launched, or just disable it completely?
