You're absolutely right about the all-in-one HTML being out of order.

As for getting a website for local use, yes it is possible.  You have
a couple of options:

1).  Use OBJAVI to produce templated HTML.  This HTML will look pretty
much like what the FM website looks like.  Go to:

http://objavi.flossmanuals.net/

The fields should be:

FLOSS Manuals server: booki.flossmanuals.net

Manual:  Como Hacer Una Actividad Sugar

Book Title:  leave blank or enter Cómo Hacer Una Actividad Sugar

Document type: templated_html

Page size: not applicable

The output will be in a zip file.

2).  An EPUB is really nothing more than a zipped up website with some
XML files added.  Unzip the EPUB and you'll have all the pages and
images, including a table of contents page.
