I just spent a couple of hours getting the Booki-generated EPUB in
shape to generate a Kindle MOBI.  Neither are quite perfect yet--the
footnote links need to be corrected (more on this tomorrow morning)
but the files are usable and much superior to what IA gives you
automatically,  I would not hesitate to download them, use them, tell
your friends, etc.  The files aren't up to the standards of the Kindle
Store yet, but they will get there.

If you've never used the Internet Archive before, be sure to check it
out.  You can even page through the book online!
