Although no new strings are introduced, it does suggest that we may
need to update the Templates on Pootle for Glucose 0.92

We've been struggling a bit with understanding exactly what is (and
what should be) happening on the back-end of the git-Pootle
connection. Particularly with issues like what steps does the
committer/maintainer need to take when a string is changed and what
does Pootle do automagically (stuff we should really understand
better). Following string changes like this (even if they are
removals and not additions) through the process from the original
commit to git, into the POT file, up to the Templates on Poolte and
back into the /po directory on git is the best way to sort this out.
When we have a better handle on that, we need to document it more
clearly. Gonzalo and Rafael have been very helpful with this process,
but I still feel that we don't have a clear enough grasp of when
manual intervention is necessary and when Pootle and git conspire to
"do the right thing".
