[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] About dialog for activities

This RFC is about adding a menu item below View Source which would pop
up a dialog with the following information:

1. Icon
2. Name
3. (short description?)
4. Version (+Release date?)
5. Link to website
6. One line author name (not all authors in git)
7. License tag (such as "GPLv3+", not the full license)
8. (Size on disk?)

Author and license would be retrieved from new fields in activity.info,
defined the same way of the corresponding tags in rpm and deb packages.

To limit the scope of this feature, let's not include more information
at this time. Once the basic code is landed, we can discuss possible
enhancements separately.
