This was an unintended error, pootle has an add_langs.py
that was triggered, but because pootle has been unmaintained from a while,
it pushes outdated strings,
I've disabled this script to avoid further problems with it.

We are facing problems because users can't commit their updated strings to
pootle and thus generating that newer translations doesn't reflect on repos.
We are now in the process of updating Pootle and Translate Toolkit in order
to
fix these errors and have new features like pgettext.
