It will take about 1.5 years for the patches to come back to us through
the upstream route (translators -> glibc -> Fedora -> OLPC-OS ->
Dextrose -> users).

I don't remember if I have the necessary copyright assignments on file
for glibc, but since I have a connection with the FSF, I volunteer to
submit the patches and deal with the glibc maintainer for the review
(wish me good luck, it's Ulrich Drepper).

First of all, we need to make sure that the current contents of the
locale definitions are correct for both Aymara and Quechua. Chris, could
you check with the translators?
