[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] Test startup animations

Gary,
We are looking if this can land one of this in 0.94
I am proposing land the first version, already reviewed by Simon and Sasha,
and improve it later with your suggestion.
In fact, I think what you are proposing is simpler than what I did.
Is this a good alternative for you?
