True, but Sugar never manipulated the system connections or displayed
them (except for ethernet). You are right in saying that the changes
aren't too invasive though.

What do you mean by "next release"? Sugar 0.96?
Also, which additional changes are you referring to?
I made quite a lot of progress over the weekend in getting NM-0.9
supported. Like in 0.8 we do not take advantage of much of what NM can
do, and we have some issues that get carried over from before, but in
simply maintaining the existing functionality it seems quite low risk
so far.
