It turns out that _focus_out_hid doesn't matter; the call to
_update_title() in __stop_clicked_cb() is not protected by that
conditional.

I applied James instructions [1] to the Log-20 activity on 10.1.3, and
the same symptom as #3013 began to occur.  Thus I did exclude Sugar
Commander.
