Release notes:
- Now we can configure the book servers}
- GetBooks can show the cover image
- The interface was improved and new toolbars are used in Sugar >= 0.86
- All the communication with the servers are in separated threads to not block the ui.
- Initial implementation of Catalogs.
- In Feedbooks, we can search with books filtereds by language
and many small corrections.
