[Sugar-devel] New IRC bot

Hi all,

FIY, To keep IRC logs, I've setup IRC bot - supybot[1]. It supports many
useful plugins[2] including meetings (so, we can replace meetbot with
more powerful one).

Full irc logs and meeting logs will be stored on [4]
(each channel has link to meetings page).
