Hi all,

While answering to Michael's questions (though questions are still not
fully answered but restructured, since the right question is 51% of an
answer), I've composed a document which is a result of my, 2y, being
a FOSS contributor and sugar participant:

And following David's suggestions, and being sure in premisses (and some
of implementation details), I'm going to take part in SLOBs elections to
implement these ideas.
