Browse started to include the CAcert root cert in 116 (current version
is 119). If 108 really is the most recent version that works on 10.1.2,
I recommend that OLPC cherry-picks the following two commits:

0172072 add CAcert root certificates to cert8.db
910ecbf bump PROFILE_VERSION so cert8.db gets updated on existing installs
