Can we switch to the convention of adding a short prefix to the bug
numbers to disambiguate which tracker they come from?

This is what I've been doing in Dextrose for a while:

 Subject: sl#1234: blah blah blah
 Subject: olpc#5678: foo bar baz
 Subject: rh#9012: blah blah blah
