It is binary blobs issue since 9.10 has recent Csound version, I'll upload
new .xo to the ASLO.

As Walter said, looks like you are trying to start TamTam in sugar mode
but out of sugar i.e. not from sugar-activity command

This is known issue in debian based distros when every new xulrunner
version break hulahop based code, update ubuntu and ppa, it should work
with recent updates.
