[Sugar-devel] XO 1.5 os203 bugs

Hi All

previously i converted some mp3 files which didn't work, which is solved by
updating the os build to 203.
i used the <EMBED src="./sounds/123.ogg"/> in html, now the audio files are
working fine but there is no control for the audio, instead there is a black
rectangle.
i also used the <audio src="./sounds/123.ogg"></audio> but it display a
rectangle with a x in the center.

how to install the language packs for Pashto and Dari.

any suggestion guys.
