Thanks for the feedback.
I met with mchua this morning on #sugar-meeting and It looks like the
proposal is to just add 1 item to existing Browse start new screen for
the Soas Spin only.
A Crude mock up is available at
http://people.sugarlabs.org/Tgillard/index6.html
The idea is to add this "Menu" link to the existing screen and point it
to http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_Creation_Kit#Introduction
