Sun-Moon Music uses a MIDI controller with 8-9 *knobs/sliders*. (This is 
also known as a "control surface.")

What Sameer needs is something like the Korg nanoKey (your basic 25-key 
piano-style USB keyboard).

Many 25-key and greater MIDI keyboard controllers come also with sets of 
knobs and/or sliders, and thus would do double-duty.
