Thanks. Rebasing to 2.28 shouldn't be that hard, but 2.30 has had
major API changes, so it would have to be ported.

For now we've left Browse PDF support for later since we're having a
lot of trouble getting anything working in the first place
(pywebkitgtk issues, no libsoup python binding, etc.)
