I did notice this morning that most of the 20 users I was seeing in my
Neighborhood has EXACTLY the same colors.  They may well be the ghost
users you speak of.

I don't know if Gadget is the issue, but I do know that with .82
running on F10 I can't connect to JSLO, or rather I can but the
Neighborhood is empty.  I can connect to other Jabber servers and see
other users by my instances cannot see each other.

I am able to do collaboration without the Jabber server on F10 if I
run the sugar-emulators on separate Linux user ids.  That will be
enough to allow me to make some progress on the book I'm doing.  The
same thing won't work on F11, but F11 can use JSLO.

I will be explaining how to set up a test environment for shared
Activities in the book, and I'll make the instructions the best I can.
 Collaboration is such an important part of what Sugar has to offer.
