+1 for 2nd one e.g.
for regular bugfix release of Browse-102 branch, -0.88 and 0.88+ user
will see "mostly the same" activity version, -0.88 will get the same v102,
0.88+ will get v102.108 version. In most cases, activity developers
won't use minor part and will continue the same release line e.g.
v103, v104 etc.
