Using the standard behaviours would be good.

As an example, if you type this:

	$ notify-send title "some text"

... on a desktop system with GNOME or KDE, the text is displayed in a
notification fashion chosen by their developers.

If you type it on Sugar 0.84, a notification icon appears in the top
right corner of the current activity, but you can't get details of the
notification.

I've tried testing on Sugar 0.88 on Ubuntu 9.10, but libnotify-bin fails
with a traceback on GetServerInformation.
