[Sugar-devel] Please announce new dependencies

Hi!

Please remember [1] to announce all new dependencies. If possible please
include the exact package names in the distributions supported by
sugar-jhbuild.

Having to hunt down new dependencies because Sugar inside sugar-jhbuild
breaks is no fun at all.

This is also important for those preparing distro packages of Sugar
(though they can usually wait for the release notes while sugar-jhbuild
breaks as soon as the new code is committed to mainline).
